Ran a $140M industrial services P&L across four states for six years after separating, growing it from $95M while taking the safety incident rate from 3.1 to 0.6 TRIR. Rebuilt a field organization of 210 technicians after an acquisition left two incompatible dispatch systems and 40% first-year attrition — standardized on one, rewrote the onboarding, and brought attrition to 11% inside eighteen months. Before that, twenty-two years in Special Forces with responsibility for logistics and sustainment across Afghanistan and the Levant, including standing up a supply chain for a 600-person task force in a country with no functioning ports.
